Learn how to communicate none verbally, how to gain trust without demanding it, learn how to gain respect without demanding it. Learn how your posture and something as simple as your gait and facial expressions speak volumes without ever saying a word. The horse will be the mirror that reflects what you are carrying and what you are hiding not only from the world, your family, your closest of friends, but from yourself. If you allow the horse, it will begin the healing process. We also use target treatment cryotherapy to encourage the body to begin healing itself from past trauma and injuries sustained during your military career.
